We work out of Antioch, on Murfreesboro Pike, which puts most of Middle Tennessee inside a comfortable drive. Free estimates run to roughly forty miles out; further afield we will talk it through by phone first.

Before you call

The questions we are asked most often, answered the way we would answer them on the phone.

Yes, and it is free. We come out to you, walk the area and talk through what you are after. It usually takes somewhere between forty five minutes and an hour. Within the Nashville metro area, roughly forty miles out, there is no charge and no obligation.

Because the answer would be wrong. The condition of your existing concrete affects the price more than the size of it does, and a designer needs to see the space to know whether a design suits it. Anyone quoting decorative concrete sight unseen is guessing.

Around four hundred square feet. Below that the setup and mobilisation costs make it poor value for you and for us, so we would rather tell you up front than take the job and overcharge for it.

Middle Tennessee, generally. Nashville, Brentwood, Belle Meade, Laurelbrooke, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Mount Juliet, Spring Hill, La Vergne, Antioch, Nolensville and Smyrna. We do travel further for the right project, and we will talk it through by phone first rather than have you pay for the drive.

Of course. Plenty of our work is colour only. And if you decide later that you want a design in it, we can engrave into a floor that has already been stained and sealed, so nothing you do now closes that door.

Both. We run our own pouring company in house, so if the slab needs to be new we can put it down ourselves and know it is the right surface for the design going on top of it.

Yes. A slip-resistant material is added during sealing. We recommend it as standard anywhere water is involved, which means every pool deck, and most patios and entryways.

Under a thousand square feet is usually a few days. Larger areas and more involved designs run to weeks, occasionally months. Weather and how complex the artwork is are the two things that move the timeline most, and we will give you a real estimate on site rather than an optimistic one.

That is common and it is fixable. We have removal methods for sealers, paint and adhesive. It does need to be seen in person, because what is on the slab changes both the preparation and the way a stain will take.

A saw cut is thin and deep and exists to control cracking at expansion joints. An engraved line is shallow and wide, and reads like a grout joint. Because engraving is not structural, we can run it in curves, borders and artwork anywhere on the slab.
